The Luxury Gardens, now fully completed and located at 7B Alexander Avenue Ikoyi, comprises 15 units of 4-bedroom apartments and five units of 5-bedroom Penthouse. The development was financed by Zenith Bank with Tapod Properties Limited as the developer. Messrs Great Earth Architects & Engineers International is the consultant. The development measures about 3,875 square metres, in total land area.
Each of the four bedroom apartments sits on a total living area of 228 square metres while each penthouse has 450 square metres. The penthouse has two living areas, rooftop patio and garden. Attached to each apartment is a 1-bedroom ensuite domestic staff quarters.
The living/dining area is an expansive area with large terrace and windows that afford a sweeping view of the surrounding areas; and decorated glass or ornate ceiling with recessed lights.
Luxury Gardens is thoughtfully conceived to have alluring features to ensure ultimate living lifestyle. The master bedrooms are spacious with alluring balcony view, state of the art dual-zone Jacuzzi, Valencia round corner walk-in shower enclosure. Each will be tastefully furnished with double divans, full length mirrors, dresser and work desk in the other rooms. The basement offers secured parking spaces. The security is guaranteed round the clock with automated/manned single entry/exit gate under the floodlights (at night). Potable water supply is from a borehole with a treatment plant and a large dedicated boiler.
Each unit of the apartments (a few of which are now available) carries a price tag of N200million, while each of the fully subscribed Penthouses is on offer for N300million.
